The 35th edition of the International Automobile Festival will take place from January 29 to February 2, 2020, with its essential exhibition of concept cars at the foot of the Invalides (Paris). Another event linked to this event: the election of the most beautiful car of the year. This is designated by a public vote.
The election 2020 Festival kicks off on December 5. Six models are competing to succeed the Peugeot 508. As a reminder, these are new products marketed in the current year, listed by their manufacturer and with a price under € 60,000. The contenders are: the compact four-door BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé and Mercedes CLA coupes, the urban SUV Ford Puma, the city car Peugeot e-208, the compact Mazda 3 and the Land Rover Defender.
Voting takes place in four stages on a dedicated site, with the elimination and resetting of counters at the end of the first three rounds. The first round takes place from December 5 to 15, the second from December 16 to 25 and the third from December 26 to January 5. The final vote will take place from January 6 to 19.
The name of the winner will be known at the opening party of the International Automobile Festival on January 28. On this occasion, the jury of professionals will award a set of other prizes, including that of the most beautiful concept or that of the most beautiful interior.
Good news: the vote still allows you to participate in a competition with the first price of a car worth € 30,000 given by the winning manufacturer.
